Product Verification: In the event that you receive a different product from what you ordered, such as receiving a racket from a different company than the one you requested, we require customers to provide video proof of the discrepancy to be eligible for a return. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: If a team member has confirmed the order with you via phone call and the product is delivered but you refuse to accept it upon cash on delivery, the delivery charges will not be refundable. Additionally, a penalty of 15% of the product price will be charged for any inconvenience caused.
